Terrence J. Kelly | MidCity 

As Executive Vice President, Terrence directly oversees asset management for MidCity Financial Corporation's entire portfolio of assets. Having more than a quarter century of asset and property management experience, Terrence has a diverse background in all aspects of affordable, market rate, senior living, new construction, new acquisitions, rehabs, regulatory compliance, refinances, and lease-up and management of LIHTC communities.  

Terrence has been honored for his outstanding work in environmentally sustainable practices and is proud to have served on the board of directors for several affordable housing industry organizations and is honored to be Board Member of the Affordable Housing Conference of Montgomery County.
