01:07:05 Sherry Glazer: Have there been any efforts to have eviction proceedings "stayed" (put on hold) while landlords seek rental assistance funds that have been allocated? I read somewhere that in Pennsylvania, landlords are required to do apply for funds before bringing a petition to evict.

01:18:45 Sherry Glazer: My view is that extending the moratorium would be great but it's not sufficient. The burden should be shifted to have landlords responsible for seeking the funds before eviction instead of having tenants assert an affirmative defense. Is it too late to advocate for this?
