Kelly L. Vaughn, Maryland DHCD


Kelly Vaughn has been a public servant leader in the affordable housing, business development and community engagement space in both the private and government sectors for over 35-years.
She can be credited with contributions to the small business community, faith-based, non-profit, and
promoting affordable housing programs at the national and state level. 

Driven to empower others, her mission is to provide resources that educate the public, establish partnerships and community relationships that connect people at the “grassroots” level of engagement;
specifically, in underserved communities.
 
Ms. Vaughn is a Licensed Consultant, Certified Business and Entrepreneurship Coach and Certified Public Manager. She received the U.S. Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, Maryland Governor’s Citation, Housing Secretary’s Award, and the National Association of Real Estate Brokers President’s Humanitarian Award, amongst other recognitions during her tenured career. 
 
She attended the College of San Mateo, Howard University and received her Honorary Doctorate’s degree in Business Philosophy at Trinity International University School of Business.
