Cindy Sandquist, Edgewood Management

Cindy is responsible for directing the overall strategic vision of the companies and for managing a diverse portfolio of affordable and conventional multi-family properties. She oversees the corporation’s financial assets, leads the team responsible for acquiring new business, and ensures that the organization is achieving the goals and expectations of the Board of Directors. Cindy began her career at Edgewood Management in 1997, and was promoted to her current position in 2012, after her 16-year tenure as the company’s Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to joining Edgewood, Cindy had over 15 years of financial and business management experience. She was the Chief Financial Officer for Dreyfuss Brothers, Inc., a Bethesda, Md.-based Management Company overseeing as many as 35,000 residential units. Cindy was also the corporate Controller of Capital Realty Investments, Inc., a Rockville, MD based real estate management firm.
